Second half - D Day

Here we go. Does a six-game win streak come to a screeching halt today? We'll know in 20 minutes.

The Cyclone defense was surprisingly sluggish, allowing 45 first-half points. There's a lot of ground to make up, and Iowa State needs to do it in a hurry. A few bad possessions and this game could get out of reach quickly.

Wieben only played eight first half minutes probably because of foul trouble. She has two personal fouls, already, and will most likely be a key to Iowa State's second half success, as she had six points in eight minutes.

There was some INSANE shooting going on in the first half. Iowa State shot 52 percent, 40 percent from beyond the arc. Nebraska shot 64 percent, 50 percent from three point land (6-for-12).

19:40 Wieben misses a jumper. Rough start.

18:47 Ross draws a foul in the lane. Two big free throws coming up. First one up and down. Pierson replaces Wieben, who's 0-for-2 this half. Ross hits the second, 45-38 Nebraska.

16:43 Nebraska having a tough time scoring, but so is ISU. 45-38 Huskers with two free throws on the way. First one up and down. Second one up and down, Nebraska back up by nine, 47-38.

16:25 Ezell to the line for two. First one up and no good. Second one up and good. 47-39 Nebraska.

Ross just set a REDICULOUS screen that knocked Hardy to the floor. Awesome.

Nearly five minutes in and Nebraska has yet to hit a field goal. Unfortunately for the Cyclones, they haven't done much with it. Gotta keep putting it in the lane. Good things will come. Then so will the three ball.

15:10 Nebraska to inbound on what is a HUGE possession for the Huskers. No bucket, ISU rebound.
