Iowa State vs. Oklahoma

Well, here we go...Round one, ISU men vs. Oklahoma. Obviously a lot of Oklahoma fans here, however, there were considerably more in attendance for the OU women's game yesterday. I imagine if OU wins this game many more will show up tomorrow for the Kansas matchup.

Exciting news. Former Daily columnist and current KASI talk show host/ISU women's color analyst Brent Blum is going to share his thoughts at the half. Blum pretty much invented the blog at the Iowa State Daily, blogging live from Dallas last year at the Big 12 Tourney. You're not going to want to miss this.

Somehow it sounded louder for Iowa State during introductions. I think it may have something to do with Oklahoma State fans, who are clearly cheering for Iowa State.

Well, onto the show. The anthem is sung and intros complete, and now it's on to this first round Big 12 Tournament game at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City.
