Either team could have taken control of that first half, yet no one did. KSU shot 1-for-13 on threes, whereas ISU shot 1-for-7.
No one has stepped up yet on either team, and whoever decides to step up first will get a big leg up on the competition.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall in that locker room to hear what Bill Fennelly has to say.
